California Casino Events, Inc. will set up the casino equipment and supplies before the event so the tables are on display and ready to go when your guests arrive.

The following questions need to be answered before we can quote you a package:

-What is the event date?
-How many guests will there be?
-Where is the location of the event?
-Will you be raffling any prizes at end of the event?
-What casino games do the guests like?
-What time would you like the gaming to begin?


Prize Giveaways

  1. At the beginning of the event, each guest receives a fixed amount of “play money” to start.
  2. At each table, our dealers convert your guests’ “play money” into chips.  Minimum and maximum bets are established for each table to keep the game play consistent.
  3. Our dealers will teach your guests all of the games and will encourage them to have fun and get into the Las Vegas spirit.
  4. At the conclusion of your event all of your guests “winnings” are converted into raffle tickets, which are then used for drawings to distribute prizes.
  5. Prizes can be determined based upon the customer’s budget.
  6. Some general prize ideas include:  Gift certificates (to local stores or restaurants), electronic equipment (DVD, digital cameras, etc.), vacations, sports equipment, tickets to an event OR ask us about Casino prizes.

Is Casino Parties Legal?
Yes! We provide casino parties for entertainment purposes only.  It is appropriate and fun for all age groups.

Do you require security deposits for your equipment rentals?
Yes. A fully refundable security deposit is required for all equipment rentals (refer to policy).

Do the party guests need to be 21?
No, party guests can be of any age.

Can you provide us with full party planning services?
Of course! We can provide you with everything you need to WOW your guests with very little effort on your part. Let us know what you want, and we will do the rest!

What is your booking policy?
We require a 40-50% down payment (of the total party cost) to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of equipments.

What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire State of California Area.

What other party services can you provide?
Besides casino party planning, equipment rental and service, we can also provide full beverage catering and services, including menu planning, servers, bartenders and more.

What is your cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation fee required as long as your party is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event date and you rebook another party to take place within three months of the original party date.

Are you registered with the State of California Department of Justice Division of Gambling Control to provide services?
Yes.  We are registered to provide gaming equipment and dealer services for non-profit organization fundraisers (license on file).
